There are several differences between meat protein and whey protein. The biggest "negative" difference is that steak protein contains less BCAA than whey, but you probably take it aside anyway, so it doesn't matter!
One of the major benefits for you as a dieter or dieter is that steak protein is a very pure source of protein, completely free of both fat and carbohydrates. Another great advantage is that it is completely free of lactose and milk protein, since it is not extracted from milk products which gives more good alternatives to those who are lactose intolerant.
Self Beef protein is a hydrolyzed protein, which means that it is digested and can therefore be absorbed really quickly by the body. It is actually faster than whey protein!
Another exciting aspect of this protein powder is the flavors. It's not the classic "milkshake flavors" anymore, but fruity, healthier flavors and it is more like a sports drink or juice than a protein drink.
