To reduce the time required to sleep, we recommend taking 1 bed of melatonin to dissolve in the mouth before going to bed. In the case of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, before bedtime, of a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.
